We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic alliance agreement with China Ningbo Agricultural Science Institute.

  Kanetaka Goto, representative director, Kyoichi Okino, vice president, Guan Hongli, general manager assistant of Ningbo Aixinuo Aerospace Co., Ltd., Guo Lianbo, deputy director of the Yinzhou Branch of the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute of Zhejiang Tsinghua University, and assistant Wang Yan, participated in a meeting for an international collaboration on new freshness preservation technology. Ling Jiangang, director of the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing, Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Dr. Cui Yan, the leader of the non-thermal processing technology research team, and Professor Kang Mengli, Zhu Lin, Dr. Haitao Tao, and Yu Jingfen, attended the meeting.

  President Goto thanked Director Ling for his welcome and expressed gratitude to Ningbo Aixinuo Aerospace Co., Ltd. and the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute for their support. At the meeting, President Goto introduced the principle of electric field preservation technology and its application in refrigeration, freezing, thawing and other fields. Subsequently, Vice President Okino introduced the company's products and industrial application examples. Director Ling introduced the research and application currently underway in the field of fresh-keeping and non-thermal processing of agricultural products.

  Director Ling said that the electric field preservation technology may have a promising effect in keeping freshness of fruits or marine products of Zhejiang Province. We received very high praise and decided to make a more specific strategic alliance to enter into the national market.

  We signed a strategic alliance agreement to establish DENBA + Zhejiang Innovation Center in Ningbo, China and jointly conduct research on the thawing of fruit and seafood in Zhejiang.

  After the meeting, we visited the laboratory of the Ningbo Agricultural Products Preservation Project and the Ningbo Agricultural Products Processing Research Center's non-thermal processing (ultra-high pressure) laboratory. We visited the warehouse and discussed the introduction of DENBA + system.

  We will continue to deepen cooperation with Ningbo Agricultural Research Institute, Ningbo Aixinuo Aerospace Co., Ltd. and the Research Institute of the Yangtze River Delta of Tsinghua University, strengthen the development of the rapidly growing Chinese market and further enhance our company's value.
